Julie Garcia made choices, now the people of Essex County can make a choice.

    Ellen Schell, ADA  prosecuted DV and rape cases for Ms. Garcia and and says, "The courts in Essex County are not particularly friendly for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, or for those prosecuting such cases, as I found out early and often."    Note to Julie and Ellen:  the people don't buy into your "Duluth Model"  man- bad; women -good thinking and your DV frauds.

    Ellen Schell, "I was also going to do the Violence Against Women grant writing and reporting."     Note to Julie: Was the scent of the $4 billion in grant money so strong as to abandon decency and honesty and try to create cases and have more money to divide up at the DA's office?.

    Ellen Schell wasn't, "successful in prosecuting DV and Sexual Assault cases, and each one we lost felt like a personal defeat for me.".  Note to Julie:  Was the scent of the four billion dollars so strong that you prosecuted cases which you knew were bogus?

    Ellen Schell seems ignorant of the law when she says,"it is an A misdemeanor (Petit Larceny), punishable by up to a year in the county jail, to steal a piece of pizza or a bottle of soda, but it is only a violation (Harassment 2nd), punishable by up to 15 days in jail, to punch someone, as long as you don’t cause impairment of physical condition or substantial pain."  Note to Julie:  You know about  law copied below , why doesn't your ADA ?
 
	§ 120.00 Assault in the third degree.
    A person is guilty of assault in the third degree when:
    1.  With  intent to cause physical injury to another person, he causes
  such injury to such person or to a third person; or
    2. He recklessly causes physical injury to another person; or
    
    Assault in the third degree is a class A misdemeanor
