Hon. Senator Sampson:
Thank you for hearing my five minute testimony on 9/24/2009. I wish to supplement this written letter with brief oral testimony at your next hearing on the moral hazards created by NY attorney discipline committees and their specific malfeasance.
I resubmitted an attorney complaint to Third Department with additions against Ara Asadourian for crimes and unethical malfeasance by Asadourian with the knowledge of Partner William Owens. My complaint is attached. I inform the grievance committee of my resort to your Senate Committee.
Should my retirement savings fund the declared $750,000.00 a year income of Mr. William Owens, or that of Mr. Ara Asadourian? As I testified, Judge Kevin K. Ryan moved up a two week later calendared trial to the same day's morning while I was in cardiac intensive care at CVPH Hospital. The NOTICE to me was a call to the Hospital which is never put into cardiac intensive care. Mr. Asadourian colluded in this corrupt “trial” with testimony which Mr. Asadourian and Mr. Owens knew was perjury..
Mr. Asadourian has a long history of misconduct going back to my first 2003 court encounter. Mr. Asadourian repeatedly swung his arms yelling, “he's crazy” and repeatedly threatened to attack me in court. My then attorney told me we had to sneak out by a back way to avoid confrontation with this 350 lb morbidly obese lawyer. My attorney said Asadourian does that to impress his client. Judge Dawson who tolerated Asadourian's behavior was defeated in the last election.
The discipline committee ought act. Mr. William Owens does not belong in Congress..
