Dear Mr. Asadourian and Partners at Stafford, Owens, Curtin & Trombley:
Ara Asadourian presented false testimony to deceive the court. One particular part of that testimony is in the read back testimony. attached. This violated:
§ 487. Misconduct by attorneys. An attorney or counselor who:
1. Is guilty of any deceit or collusion, or consents to any deceit or collusion, with intent to deceive the court or any party; or,
Is guilty of a misdemeanor, and in addition to the punishment prescribed therefor by the penal law, he forfeits to the party injured treble damages, to be recovered in a civil action.
Your PLLC, collectively, and Asadourian, individually, must act so as to not be guilty of deceit and/or collusion nor of assenting to deceit and/or collusion. Call upon Marsha Finnan to report her frauds upon the tribunal as described in the attached motion. If she does not act immediately, your Firm must report these frauds to the tribunal. I will absolve Stafford, Owens, Curtin & Trombley, collectively, of liability, if any of the partners report these frauds to the court before the return date of this motion.
Your PLLC is also made aware of an ethics complaint against Asadourian which was sent to a partner, Mr. Murnane.
