NOTICE
Dear Mr. Owens:
I’m informing you of the fraud that would reflect negatively on your firm and your responsibility under DR 1-104 A, B, C, D-2 and make you aware of my age and disabilities. Please inform the other partners.
I’ve attached: 1. Notice on 8/14/9 to Mr. Asadourian and your firm
2. Notice on 2/14/8 about criminal perjury, fraud and malfeasance
3. An affidavit of April 2008 concerning fraud by Mr. Asadourian and his client concerning assets.
Please note the last four pages of this letter (Exhibit A - 4 pages). Mr. Asadourian and his client fraudulently claimed this Discover CD asset was funded with his client’s separate money when all the deposits were described and the deposited checks shown in Exhibit A... Also note, that this was also known to Mr. Asadourian and his client since April 2004. This is an obvious fraud and the other frauds described are also all documented. Perhaps, Mr. Asadourian is suffering age related mental deficiency, but those deficiencies do not absolve your firm now that Notice is given.
Please consider notifying the court of these frauds now and/or in support of Vacatur and following your duty under DR 1-102 A-3, 4 and 5 , so that I can absolve your firm of liability. Your reputation and your firm’s reputation are your best asset.
Sincerely yours,
/s/
