Re: Judge Kevin K. Ryan with his criminal offense against Human Dignity and Rights with a short same morning notice trial (Notice was an unreceived telephone call to me while I was in cardiac intensive care)

and the participation by Mr. Asadourian in that crime and fraud and perjury by Asadourian and your client

Dear Mr. Owens:

I’m informing you of the participation by Mr. Asadourian in a kangaroo court on 4/10/2008 and 4/11/2008 and the fraud and perjury at that kangaroo court session that will tarnish your firm. You have responsibilities under DR 1-104 A, B, C, D-2. Please inform the other partners.

I’ve attached a Letter to Julie Garcia. Ask Mr. Asadourian for my recent motion papers in Appellate Court to learn of the corruption of Mr. Asadourian and Judge Kevin K. Ryan. You were already notified of other perjuries submitted by Mr. Asadourian.

Notify the court that your firm will not participate in a kangaroo court and nor support these frauds and perjuries. Do your duty under DR 1-102 A-3, 4 and 5. Your reputation and your firm’s reputation are at stake.
