Julie Garcia admitted she made bad choices with drug dealer boy friend.
        Julie continues to make poor choices as DA.

    Julie was informed of Local bisexual predators and facilitators of sex between under-age teen(s) and adults and Julie chose to not prosecute or present information to a grand jury from web journals describing the arrangement of sex between male bisexuals and under age females.   Did  Julie fear the GLBT community in Burlington?   Is this the voters choice?

    Julie was informed of Vikki Finnan’s blog where she illegally accessed and changed tax data at Lake Placid High School at the request of her advisor.   Julie chose to protect the teacher/student.  Is this the taxpaying voter’s choice?.

    Julie is aware of a Federal action (08-5977-cv) against Essex County and a Judge concerning local corruption and falsification of County records.    The Brooklyn DA prosecuted the corrupt Judge Garson.    How much is Essex County paying to defend this suit, because Julie doesn’t  want to bring it to a grand jury?    Is this the choice the people want our DA to make?

    Julie receives money for Domestic Violence programs where the “Duluth Model” is gospel truth.  The Duluth Model is men are bad and women are good.  Men use violence to control women and women use violence only in self defense.    Is Julie’s  premise  faulty?

   What’s worse is how Julie uses the DV money.  Julie has monthly meetings with judges, local medical/psychological  professionals, police and emergency room staff to tell them who the local DV males are, so they can act against them (Julie, is this constitutional rights?).   Nice if the men are guilty, but what if a women’s lying?   Why does Julie allow a Darla Breckenridge to tell the system who a man committing DV is?   Especially, when Julie knows that Darla Breckenridge is practicing pyschology without a license?   Why didn’t Julie prosecute Darla  when she had the official State Notification that Darla didn’t have a license?

    Then recently, Ann Kennedy dies in an auto accident,  just after fleeing from the home of Terence Finnan in a speeding vehicle which exited Hurricane Road onto 9N into the path of a vehicle headed up the hill.  Sadly, Ann Kennedy did not know that no one was chasing her.  But Julie knew Ann Kennedy was helping with those DV programs and was a party to the above federal suit against the county.          Do the blood  stains  wash off, Julie?


There is a Freedom of Information Request made to for records about Ann Kennedy and DV programs which Julie refuses as yet to release.                                            Do the voters want a DA with something to hide?  Release the Information, the law applies to Julie, too.


    Julie is covering for criminal acts including tax fraud, perjury, assault, battery, theft of mail, conspiracy to deprive of my civil rights, larceny and a fraudulently  filed a Medicaid claim which stole money from the county.
        Is Julie’s choice, the voter’s choice?

    I don’t believe that even a small minority of Democrat voters support Julie’s choices.   And also don’t believe a even small minority of Republican voters are accepting of Julie’s choices.  TF

    P.S.   Voters, most of the web journals and information herein described was sent to the Press Republican a year ago, or longer.     Why don’t they report the Federal suit against Essex County?
