Why did Ann Kennedy die?         Poor Ann bought into the lies of Julie Garcia's DV program and was going after the “bad” man and was discovered outside his house just after 6AM.     She speed away in fear to her death.   Was this part of Ann Kennedy's work for the County?

    Why does DA Julie Garcia not answer a Freedom of Information Request about her DV programs and Ann Kennedy?    What needs to be kept hidden?


        A tip was received that the Federal Civil Court papers in both the District Court and Appeals Court were prepared in DA Julie Garcia's office.    The attorney(s) who prepared these papers did not sign them and they were presented as the work of Ann Kennedy and Marsha Kameron.

     Ann Kenndy swears to papers in Minnesota and on the same day deposits them in a local post office.  Private jet?  Quote from Federal Court papers, " 5.  Ann Kennedy’s Motion’s affidavit of service is sworn to in Minnesota on 4/28/2008 and claims Ms. Kennedy served them in NY State on April 28, 2008."

         Questions for DA Julie Garcia:  Were those papers prepared in your office?
 Who in your office prepared them?
 Were they prepared on County time?  
 Did your office serve the papers on 4/28/8 and/or were they faxed to your office.  
 Is this why you refused the Freedom of Information request?
