This affidavit was prepared
by Father O'Reilly of the Uihlein Nursing Home in Lake Placid after he
saw the lies submitted to the court by Marsha's Attorney, Ara
Asadourian. Marsha Finnan claimed that Terence Finnan was
abusing her mother at the nursing home.
Marsha is a perjurer.

AFFIDAVIT
OF FATHER O'REILLY
State of New York County of Essex
SS:
I, Father Patrick 0’ Reilly, work at
Uihlein Nursing home in Lake Placid where Marsha Finnan’s mother,
Hilda was for five years, just before the divorce action began I would
have trusted Marsha’s truthfulness, but these allegations are absurd.
2. I believe my cross examination by Mr. Asadourian was abusive. Mr Asadourian asked me if Marsha was a liar and I didn’t answer. I came to testify to the truth. After reading #3 below, I can say Marsha is lying to the court.
3. I read Mr. Asadourian’s Memo of Law part of which is copied below:
“Defendant
cruel and inhuman courses of conduct toward her during the five years
preceding the commencement of the action for divorce including:
physical assault, regular bouts of abusive, denigrating and demeaning
screaming and yelling by the Defendant at Plaintiff which would often
continue for hours, repeated vulgar name calling; controlling
vindictive behavior by the Defendant causing the Plaintiff to lose her
friends and associates, efforts by the Defendant to destroy the
Plaintiff’s relationship with her daughters, including the
apparent willingness of the Defendant to abandon the parties’
child, Victoria, due to her lesbian tendencies; and cruel conduct by
Defendant toward Plaintiff when she chose to spend time with her mother
who was dying rather than do what the Defendant wanted her to
do.Plaintiff herself testified to the emotional and physical toll the
Defendant’s conduct took on her physical and mental well
being.”
4. I
did testify that no such acts described in #3 above ever occurred in
the five years that I knew Terence Finnan, Marsha Finnan, their
children Julia and Victoria, and Marsha’s mother, Hilda, I saw
and talked with them several times per week during all the 5 years
Hilda was at Uihlein Nursing Home.
5. I did, also, testify, specifically, that there never was cruel
conduct by Terence Finnan toward Marsha Finnan and/or Marsha’s
mother. Marsha’s mother adored Terence Finnan. Marsha’s mother continually praised the love and care Terence Finnan gave to his wife, Marsha, and all their children.
