Re: Local bisexual predators and facilitators of sex between under-age teen(s) and adults
Dear Ms. Garcia,
I recently have found on the internet that Bob
Andrews of Keene Valley NY is a bisexual. His sexuality would not be of
concern, if he didn’t act to facilitate sexual encounters with my
daughter, then aged 15, with adult male bisexuals to have sexual
intercourse. Presently, according to the local
papers, he continues to involve himself with under-the-age-of-consent
teenagers, both male and female.
He had no business in my underage-of-consent
daughter’s sexuality or facilitating sex for her. According to
testimony by my wife, Marsha, Bob Andrews filed false child abuse
charges against myself and my wife and he facilitated my daughter in
meeting with adult male bisexuals arranged through the internet at his
house. It was not child abuse by me or my wife to not
allow a 15 year old female to meet with adult males for sex (Even if
the males involved were homosexual/bisexual). A year
before any abuse charges were filed, Marsha and Terence Finnan knew
Victoria was being prompted by web-sites to escape from the control of
her parents and engage in sexual adventures arranged on the internet by
using CPS with the support of local sponsors of gay, lesbian, bisexual,
trans-gender (GLBT) sex for under-age-of-consent children. That local
sponsor was Bob Andrews.
By examining the blogs you can find that Victoria
was having sex with homosexual males (bisexuals). There is a distinct
possibility that Bob Andrews, a bisexual, was one of those who had sex
with my under- the-age-of-consent daughter. I have
attached a disc with the complete blogs (weblogs or the on line
journals of Victoria, “nacilmeiel” and Bob Andrew’s
daughter “purple avocado”). Attached are excerpts of
the blogs of Victoria about changing Tax records in Lake Placid and
about Debra Whitson’s involvement.
I became aware in 2002 of these on-line-arranged
sexual encounters of my daughter, Victoria, and took action to end them
by blocking internet access at school and elsewhere. Bob Andrews who
was informed that Victoria should not access the internet allowed
Victoria access to the internet to arrange sexual encounters with adult
bisexuals.
You must immediately take action to keep Bob Andrews from any contact with under-age-of- consent males or females.
Other Criminal Activity
Note in Victoria’s blog that she illegally
accessed and changed tax data at Lake Placid High School at the request
of her advisor. This was a crime. It is your duty to
convene a Grand Jury and have Victoria, who is now over 18 years of
age, testify about
1. the identity of her sexual partners;
2. how Bob Andrews assisted Victoria in sexual encounters with adults
and 3. what data Victoria changed on the tax records of the Lake Placid High School.
At the same time as I write this letter, I am
informing various media outlets, newspapers and others about my concern
about these above described predators, but I will not at this time
inform them of some of the names of the persons involved to allow you
to convene a Grand Jury to investigate these matters. I will not
discuss any of these allegations with the Police, but am ready and
willing to talk to a Grand Jury.
I’ve also, on the submitted disc, included
web/comics featuring Victoria Finnan and her summer roommate, Daniel J.
Cottle, that show Victoria’s interests appear to be in male
sexual partners.

1. Attached is a blog concerning the
actions of a former Assistant DA in Essex County during the past
election violating Federal Civil Rights Laws Such
actions are used in a totalitarian system. No
candidate should use her public office to target persons campaigning
against her with incarceration for mental illness to eliminate
opposition.
2. Your office received prior complaints
against Marsha Finnan and her crime continues. Marsha’s criminal
acts including tax fraud, perjury, assault, battery, theft of mail,
conspiracy to deprive me of my civil rights, larceny and deducting on
her tax returns as her business expense, the Health Insurance that I
paid of about $10,000 a year in each of the past years and also
deducting her divorce attorney fees. Marsha Finnan
has admitted to fraudulently changing my address to hers to receive
mail addressed to me and to cash checks made out to me. Marsha
fraudulently filed a Medicaid claim which stole money from the county.
3. In Victoria’s blog, Marsha maligns my
family and my father as mentally ill(insane). Victoria
fears my father’s insanity and that of my family is passed
genetically to Victoria. Marsha never met my father, who died in
1966 after a long illness. No one has ever described my father as
mentally ill or insane. No licensed professional has ever
described me as mentally ill.
4. Within filed affidavits, Marsha Finnan claims she
was falsely led to believe a Darla Breckenridge of Essex NY was a
licensed professional. According to the Office of Professions,
Darla was not licensed in anything. Marsha Finnan also claimed
that Darla planned and Marsha carried out a plan to cause me to commit
suicide. This is a felony. Who else did this quack,
Darla, deceive? Practicing a profession in NY without a
license is a crime.
